Kareena might play the role of the yesteryear Bollywood actress Mandakini for the sequel of Once Upon a Time in Mumbaai.

Ekta Kapoor is all set to make her sequel to Once Upon a Time in Mumbaai a grand affair. So after roping in Akshay Kumar to play the lead role of Dawood in the sequel.

Ekta Kapoor is now planning to get in Kareena Kapoor as the female lead. Interestingly Kareena‘s role will be modeled on the lines of yesteryear actress Mandakini, who was supposedly Dawood Ibrahim’s muse.

More interestingly Mandakini‘s solo claim to fame in Bollywood is her under-the-waterfall-in-transparent-white-outfit scene from Ram Teri Ganga Maili which was directed by Kareena Kapoor’s grandfather Raj Kapoor.
